Dreams In Motion AI Lister is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides AI-powered eBay listing generation services for clothing sellers. Our service includes:

  • Advanced computer vision analysis of clothing items
  • Automated title generation with market intelligence
  • Multi-API integration (OpenAI, Google, Azure, Bing)
  • Permanent image hosting for eBay compatibility
  • Draft management and bulk export capabilities

2. Subscription and Billing

2.1 Subscription Requirements

  • Mandatory Subscription: $50/month required for platform access
  • Included Credits: Each subscription includes $50 worth of processing credits
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

2.2 Credit System

  • Fast Analysis: $0.30 per title generation with comprehensive 5-role image analysis
  • Premium Analysis: $0.40 per title generation (85-95% accuracy vs 60-75% standard)
  • Credit Top-off: Additional credits available for active subscribers
  • No Refunds: Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable

3. AI Processing and Accuracy

3.1 AI Analysis

Our AI system provides:

  • Brand, color, pattern, and clothing type detection
  • Measurement extraction from ruler photos
  • eBay category mapping and title optimization
  • Market intelligence integration

3.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: While our AI achieves high accuracy rates, results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use on eBay.

4. Image Upload and Storage

4.1 Image Rights

  • You retain ownership of all uploaded images
  • You grant us license to process images for service delivery
  • Images are permanently hosted on Imgur/FreeImage.host for eBay compatibility
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process images

4.2 Content Guidelines

  • Upload only images of clothing items you own or have permission to sell
  • No offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content
  • Maximum 24 photos per listing (eBay's current limit)
  • Images must be clear and suitable for AI analysis

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use the service only for legitimate business purposes

5.2 eBay Compliance

  • You are responsible for compliance with eBay's policies
  • Review all generated titles and descriptions before listing
  • Ensure product information is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for eBay policy violations

6. Service Limitations

6.1 Availability

  • Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7
  • Maintenance windows may cause temporary disruptions
  • Third-party API limitations may affect functionality

6.2 Usage Limits

  • Fair use policy applies to prevent abuse
  • Excessive usage may result in rate limiting
  • Commercial resale of our service is prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

  • 30-day notice for service discontinuation
  • Refund of unused subscription time (service discontinuation only)
